New Cyclists Encouraged

Each time you encourage someone (who hasn't been on a bike in over a year), to ride a bike for at least 10 minutes and to indicate your name when asked "Who encouraged you to ride a bike for this Challenge?" when they log the trip, it will show on your My Profile page.
